Nathalie earned her law degree from Harvard Law School and graduated from Dartmouth College. Throughout her legal career, she has represented Fortune 500 companies, catastrophically injured workers, individuals under criminal investigation, and the United States government.
Previously, Nathalie served as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) and
worked as an attorney for a boutique intellectual property law firm and for Foley & Lardner LLP. As an AUSA, Nathalie represented the United States in all aspects of litigation. She handled initial discovery all the way through settlement or trial. Her
diverse caseload covered the Federal Tort Claims Act, employment law, constitutional law, prisoner complaints and federal land use disputes.
While in private practice, Nathalie litigated white-collar and complex commercial litigation cases, focusing on the False Claims Act, accounting fraud, copyright and trademark law, and First Amendment issues.
Nathalie has always been drawn to cases that involve righting a wrong, whether that
wrong has been inflicted on an individual, a group, an entity, or even the United
States. Nathalie also enjoys entrepreneurship and understanding the intricacies of a
particular industry. Nathalie founded a successful test preparation company in
Colorado.
